Dimitris Voulgaris has extensive experience in criminal law, white-collar crime, corporate compliance, and dispute resolution. He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Heidelberg (2005) and a Ph.D. from the University of Munich (2012), specializing in criminal law.
Since 2016, he has served as a legal advisor for the Crowe Sol Greece Group, specifically for SOL Consulting SA, as well as other firms in Greece, while actively practicing litigation.
Between 2017 and 2020, he worked as a legal advisor at the Legal Office of the Presidency of the Hellenic Republic, providing counsel on several legal matters.
In addition to his legal practice, he has been a lecturer at the University of Athens and the Hellenic Open University since 2018. He has also lectured at the Hellenic Police Academy.
Since 2024 he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Greek Society of Criminal Law.
